Ensuring the best experience possible for the client, every detail is taken into consideration, from planning to execution. A minimum of 30 days advanced notice for small intimate events and 90 days advanced notice for big events is required. Events are conducted in three phases, planning phase, design phase and execution.
During this phase, a relationship is built with the client to learn what their desires and visions are and to get a sense of their personality to incorporate it in the theme. We review and compare the client’s desired venues, catering preference, music preference, themes etc. This phase may take between 2 weeks and 30 days.
In this phase, we will make the final selections with the client and ensure all preferences and desires have been met. 45% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation in this phase.
Jai’s Way will manage all coordination of each phase of execution to allow the client and their guests the opportunity to remain stress free and hold on to the excitement throughout the days and hours leading up to the unforgettable event. Full payment is due one week prior to execution date.
